Responsibilites
Technical Competencies Essential Minimum 5 - 10 years experience in detail design, production of drawings, able to analyse technical/construction/build-ability issue and provide drawings and specifications coordinated with engineering and other disciplines Should be AutoCAD competent and able to work on their own initiative with minimum supervision, within a multi-disciplinary team Experience on Rail projects would be a preference, however, experience in a variety of buildings such as high rise towers, hotels, and mixed-use buildings will be considered
Responsibilities
- To manage the production of construction issue documentation for a number of projects
Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline Be able to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities (you will not have any formal client or sales accountability) May be required to supervise the work of other members of the team
