Project Manager with experience of managing electrical or mechanical or plumbing design projects within the commercial construction industry. Experience in liaising with Architects, proficient in AutoCAD 2004 and above. Degree qualified. This will be a permanent position based in the Ukraine. HR interviewing and hiring of staff, manage client relationship, conduct meetings with project teams, assign and monitor staff tasks and responsibilities, develop team environment for project delivery, coordinate with accounts on finacial reports to track project,monitor project deliverables, review checklist to ensure completeness, review and use design guidlines, develop relationship with client, address concerns and anticipate outcomes, manage project scope and deliverables, coordinate and communicate with head office in US.Base Salary $130000, Relocation (annual) $25000, Travel expenses - twice a year roundtrip, Moving expenses upto $5000
