Our clients, are a large rail organisation, are looking to recruit a Systems Integration Engineer at their offices in Central London. The role will involve developing a client approach to infrastructure capability modelling and managing the provision of modelling work to meet the needs of programmes. You will be responsible for coordinating activities with other established modelling capability teams. Lead engineering analysis and modelling within specific projects and across the company. Undertake system capability and performance assessments of technical options and operational designs.
Manage delivery of railway system level engineering analyses covering schemes compliance against requirements, design option assessment, electrical supply capability, railway system and product reliability, life cycle costing, line speed profiles, achievable journey time, and track loadings.
Lead the development and use of a common railway systems intergration platform. Maintain a consistent methodology for undertaking appropriate reporting of systems analyses results throughout all relevent project lifecycles. Develop specifications for undertaking systems analysis to promote a unified approach across the business.
Qualifications
Degree in a relavent Subject
Significant experiance in the analysis of systems performance data
Experience in railway engineering reporting systems and the analysis of trend and root cause. You will have thorough understanding of the commericial and legal issues pertaining to the railway engineering discipline.
