The group undertake commercial groundwork projects from values of circa 1m through to 10m. Most of the work is London, Home Counties.
Due to current levels of work and the award of a number of prestigious projects the group are seeking to recruit for operations 2 Senior Quantity Surveyors to be based on projects of values between 4m and 11m who will also control other localised projects of lesser value. The site locations are Kent and West London. The role will be a no.1 Project Surveyor with the potential to rapidly evolve to a Managing Surveyors role.
The company at hand are an industry forerunner. They have repeat work at circa 80% of all contracts. Order book suggests turnover will be at least maintained at current levels till 2010.
