The group that we represent have operated in the sector of industry that they operate in for the past 30 years. The have a contracting company that undertakes design and build and new build developments of one off spectacular homes (values in build from 2m to 15m). The specification that they work to is second to none. The group typically overseas a build output of circa 10-14m per annum. They also undertake their own development projects.

The group are seeking to take on a Senior QS to work closely with the 2 owners. Head office is based in North London and projects are typically from North London to Central London. The group will pay in excess of 10% of profit taken on projects undertaken as an annual bonus. This compliments a significant salary and also the opportunity over time for a share of the business.
