My client is a prominent Consultancy with a huge presence within London on construction and rail. They have already secured up to £1bn of work this year in public and private sector such as Healthcare, Education/ Bsf and Government projects as well as mixed developments and rail projects with in civil engineering.

Due to expansion and company growth I'm currently working along side my client to look for and recruit a number of Quantity Surveyors/ Senior Quantity Surveyors in London/ Birmingham with strong Quantity Surveying experience and good academic skills as well as a strong background in either of the sectors with in the UK. My client is broadly split into sectors, i.e. Private/Public sector, Commercial, Rail, Infrastructure and Retail. However you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects dependant on your skills and prior experience.
Requirements:
Quantity surveying experience with in Consultancies in the UK
Strong academic skills, must be RICS/ MRICS credited
Public/ Private Sector, Bsf/ Education, Healthcare, Rail, Retail experience with in the UK
Consultancy back ground with in the UK is essential
The Requirements:
These are new positions to work within my clients offices in London and Birmingham on public projects such as Healthcare, Education as well as Rail with in London. These positions are more varied than a pure consultancy QS, the background of projects does have to be with in Consultancy but it can be from Main Contractor back ground with a willingness to adapt and be more client facing which is essential.
Alternatively if you already have experience on larger schemes there are more senior positions available.
