You are urgently required to join a small project team currently overseeing the construction of a new town library and a small social housing development. You must have previous Residential or Public Sector Project experience and are more than capable to work with little or no support. You will be a pivotal person on the project assisting the Lead Surveyor at both sites. The role is set last for approximately 6 months and will involve a mix of new build and refurbishment work; depending on current work load the contract may possibly be carried over to another project in the area.
