About the Client: The Company we represent are a specialist Sub Contractor who last year had a turnover of over £24 million. Established for over 16 years, the company have an excellent name within Industry, and are the market leaders within their field. A large number of contracts have been secured until 2010, which should see the turnover increase this year to £30 million. The company carry out high spec developments, shell and core and fit out, taking on the full project in house.
About the role: Our client carries out hi spec projects ranging from £250K to £3 million. You will work very closely with the Senior Surveyor and will form part of a small commercial team. You will working closely with various members of the commercial team, be responsible for all sub contract payments, variations, site measurements, through to procurement/final accounts.
About the requirements: you must be a degree qualified Surveyor, keen and eager to progress. Previous exposure to industry is essential.
