Our clients are a prestigious rail organisation, who are looking to recruit a Risk Analyst at their offices in Central London. You will be responsible to analyse railway wide safety risk, and to develop and maintain the Safety Risk Model and other models to reflect accurately the actual level of safety risk on the railway. To advise and assist other staff in the company on safety risk, and to conduct risk assessments.
Essential
Qualified to degree level in mathematical science or equivalent
Knowledge of statistical and mathematical modelling techniques
High numeric and analytical skills
Knowledge and experience of risk assessment techniques
Strong written communication skills
The ability to think in an incisive and logical manner
Desirable
Knowledge of railway safety data sources, and their limitations
Knowledge of the railway industry
