What is the Role?
This is a commercial role, with a major rail civil engineering contractor, with a huge work bank and secure projects going forward.
Quantity Surveyor.
You will be involved in a variety of commercial tasks that include;
· “Input into the Management of maximisation of income
· Management of change control system
· Input into the management of project risk
· Management of the full sub-contract cycle
· Provision of commercial advice to Project Team
· Development and improvement of relationships within Project Team and with Client subcontractors and suppliers
· Input into Corporate marketing and tendering”
