Transport for London’s Fares and Ticketing Department is responsible for around £3billion in fares every year. Operating across every mode of transport throughout the capital - from the DLR to the Tube, from buses to trams - we’re always looking at new ways of improving the service we offer our eight million customers daily. A transport network of this scale demands an intricate network of countless stakeholders and suppliers – this is where you come in.
As one of our Contract Management Executives, you will take the lead in managing the relationships with our external stakeholders, focusing on cost management, estimating and cost analysis to assess their effectiveness and performance against agreed SLAs. Using your experience of contract management within a safety-focused and regulated organisation, you will handle budgets of up to £1million to meet targets and ensure the department’s year-on-year performance improves.
