The Role:
As a construction manager you will be assisting the pro

You will be managing supervisors and operatives engaged in implementing a project.

You will ensure the project is delivered safely.

You will deliver an acceptable environmental performance.

You will resolve access disputes across all disciplines.

You will ensure all staff are encouraged and develop key staff operatives.

You will be responsible for liaising with all involved and providing updates and feedback to the client.

You will be producing KPI`s and ensure the successful completion of the project.



Skills Required:
Essential to the success of our people is their flexibility in terms of location, hours and attitude.

We are looking for someone who has a reputable career history within the rail industry and has the necessary skills we have outline above.

You will ideally be degree, HND / HNC educated and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of project management.

You will have good managerial skills and be able to delegate works as necessary and take a keen interest in the development of your staff.

You will have a good basic understanding of SHEQ requirements and the necessary rail laws and legislations.

You will have strong communication skills and be able to present / converse at all levels.
