An Electrical Project Manager is required on a design and build commercial office block project in Central London. Working for by a multi-national M&E contracting company, you will lead a team of Electrical Engineers and Construction Managers to ensure timely delivery of each phase of works - starting with the shell and core, followed but the CAT-A fit out.
As you will be working for who are the principal M&E contractor on site, you will need to liaise with both the main building contractor, the M&E subcontractors and the client in order to report progress on a regular basis.
Experience running projects of M&E value £15M + is essential.
