Construction Manager/Project Manager X 2 to £50k + benefits London & Southeast

About the role: Our client has recently secured a number of new EDF and tunnelling projects throughout London and the South East. The works will entail heavy civils projects - including groundworks, and RC structures up to the value of £10 million and also streetworks activities. Reporting to the Area Manager you will be required to oversee the construction of projects from the initial site set up stage through to the handover of the completed project. Day to day management of your project teams will play a large part in this role.
About the requirements: Our client is seeking two Construction/Project Managers or two Site Agents that are ready to take the next step up. You will come from a general heavy civils background with the ideal candidates having worked within water, gas, electricity or cabling sectors. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and have the desire to drive projects forward. Knowledge of planning works, organisational skills, cost control and reporting will be of benefit.
