A Mechanical Construction Manager is needed on a design and build commercial office block in Central London. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you will be in charge of a section of the HVAC installation.

Starting at the shell and core phase the Mechanical Construction Manager will need to push the works through on site to ensure timely delivery of the mechanical package.
