Plant Director / Business Manager : Business Unit of Parent Company with circa 30m pa Turnover
The group we represent have combined turnover of circa 400m. They opertae in the Sub and Superstructure arena. They are actively seeking to recruit a Business Manager / Plant Materials & Logistical Manager to oversee day to day operations of their Consolidation Centre. The role is to report directly to the board, with total responsibility for all operations in this business unit with an annual turnover again circa 30m.
The function of the consolidation centre is to service all live sites (typically 13 live projects at any stage), manage shipping of all prefabricated rebar, manage all formwork and false work and all mechanical and non mechanical plant items. The company are revolutionary it the way that they service their sites, the consolidation centre is the central nervous system and all site functionality is dependant on performance of this business unit. Commercial and Logistical management skills a must. Coins familiarity required.
