An individual that is looking to focus their attention on the fast paced, delivery end of Construction is needed to work on a large scale refurbishment of a prestigious hotel. In this site based role, you will be responsible for producing and monitoring Construction programmes so that the fast track schedule of works is adhered to, ensuring successful high quality completion on time and budget. Liaising with Construction teams, you will be the central point of contact for management so therefore must be ready to face the challenges of this position. |
