Exciting contract opportunity for an experience Principal level Policy Planner to join this busy central London borough. You will have at least 5 years planning policy experience dealing with Local Plans or UDP taking them through to public inquiry and management experience as you will be looking after a team of 8 people. Responsible for preparing sound policy basis to enable a new school development, securing funds through S106 agreements and putting in place a statutory plan against which planning applications can be determined. Ideal candidates will be eligible for RTPI membership and have excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as the general public. |
