About the Role:
You will be part of a major civil engineering project aimed at increasing the capacity on the Docklands Light Railway in time for the 2012 Olympics. This involves the modification and extension of station platforms, strengthening of over 70 bridges and viaducts, the construction of new viaducts and a new station and much more.
You will be responsible for managing the planning and programming activities to meet the project objectives including providing information, guidance and support on such matters to the project team.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have excellent planning skills developed whilst carrying out similar roles for main contractors on major civil engineering projects. Knowledge of industry planning systems is essential as is a relevant degree or similar.
