Senior Building Manager required for this prestigious newly refurbished site in London - nr Victoria.
You will have managed all Facilities Management services to ensure the effective delivery of the Facilities Management including; mechanical & electrical, maintenance, contractors, cleaning, catering, H&S, FM budgets & projects (moves/refurbs/installations).
Ideally you will have a technical qualification OR a strong understaing of the M&E services.
As the Senior Buidling Manager you will have total responsibility for the delivery of total FM aspects across this corporate site, proven experience in a similar environment desirable.
This is an established global managing agent responsible for this clients corporate Head Office.
Technically related qualifications and advantage, as is NEBOSH/IOSH & MBIFM.
