PFI Facilities specialist required to manage the small portfolio in North London.
Working for this large, well-respected service provider you will have responsibility for the effective delivery of hard Facilities Management across this PFI contract.
Ideally we are looking for an established Facilities individual with proven experience of managing hard service FM, there is also a small soft service element to this role so experience of managing cleaning contracts advantageous.
This is an exciting PFI contract which requires an organised, pro-active FM to effectively manage the 3 phases across this prestigious contract.
