The candidate should have ideally 2 - 3 years experience in energy within the buildings services industry.
With Sustainable Homes Assessor Qualifications, BREEAM Offices Assessor Qualifications and experience of Low Carbon Consultancy. EPC qualified (level 5 Preferable).
The Ideal Candidates will have used TAS, Hevacomp and other energy related softwares such as Ecotect.
The Candidate should be able to produce Energy Statements for planning and Competent in reviewing and analysing sustainable options on various Building Services Projects.
