A M&E Coordinator is required in Kings Cross on a 6 month freelance role on a commercial office build. There are £5M services to be installed and you will need to be mechanically biased.
Working for the main contractor on site you will need to manage and drive the subcontractors, chair and hold minute meetings and liaise with the contracts manager ti ensure the services are being installed to specification and on time.
Ground source heat pumps are being installed so experience with these is desirable but not essential. You must have skills to manage the site teams and the technical capabilities to overcome design issues and any problems that may arise with the build program.
