Due to increased workload this Educational Institution is now looking to recruit a M & E Clerk of Works.
Reporting to the Head of Projects you will be responsible for surveys, project management, manage Electrical Shutdowns, and manage contractors on site.
You will work in a team of 5 Project Managers you will get involved in a number of high profile Healthcare, Research and Education projects and be responsible from concept to construction stages.
Previous experience in a similar role and a good understanding of both M & E services is essential.
