Currently recruiting for 1xElectrical Engineer to work on a highly prestigious high spec apartments project in central London. To give you an idea of the nature of the project, the Penthouse Apartment of this Block sold for £123million.
You should ideally come from a like for like building services background having worked for similar sized Services Contractors and be familiar with the process and structure of working for multi-disciplined contractor.
You should also possess a relevant qualification in your discipline.
Residential experience would be desirable however it isn't a necessity, but due to the prestigious nature of the project attention to detail is definitely a pre-requisite, as would be the ability to interpret designs.
In return my client offers a very lucrative package including a dual bonus scheme.
Just to give you an idea of the kind of company you would be joining, project successes in the past have included Lewisham Hospital and the Royal Albert Hall. Current projects include the MOD NATO Strike Defence HQ in Northwood and Societe Generale HQ in London.
