Maintenance Engineer - London
A well known maintenance provider is actively looking for a strong shift engineers to join there existing maintenance team. It will be to work on the preventative and reactive issues within a busy city building.
The main responsibilities are to ensure all PPM's are carried out any reactive works is completed within the contract agreement. A good building services knowledge is essential with an Electrical background, good mechanical and A/C knowledge would be preferable. An understanding of fault finding, BMS, health and safety procedure.
This is a client facing role with heavy contact with the client.
The role is working on a continental shift rota working both days and nights.
An Electrical qualification including 16th edition is essential , apprenticeship background preferred.
