A reputable Top 3, multi-disciplinary Services Contractor, with an enviable reputation in the industry for successfully tendering and winning high profile projects such as the MOD Strike Force Command Head Quarters.
The latest successful tender includes a full refurbishment and fit out of high spec exclusive apartments at One Hyde Park, London. To put this project in perspective the Penthouse alone was sold for £112million.
The services value on this project alone is approx £13million.
My client is therefore in the market for a Mechanical or Electrical bias Project Manager to take on this high profile project. You will be expected to manage the whole Design and Build process from design through to handover.
You will have come from a like for like UK building services background and have a solid understanding of the UK regulations as well as health & safety. Attention to detail is paramount as this role will require someone who is quality driven due to the nature of the project.
