HOTEL DEVELOPMENT ARCHITECTS
London, Europe and Dubai | £50k-£70k plus Full Benefits Package
A rare opportunity to bridge the gap between Client and Architect for a global hotel group, this is a highly autonomous role with a major influence on project spend and design effectiveness. You will develop and manage schemes in line with brand values and provide an investment 'product' for the end client/owner.

You will liaise with Franchise Directors to ensure that compliance standards are met for PR and Brand at the pre-opening inspection and beyond, as well as maintaining direct communication with the owner/investor and their project teams.
You must be up-to-date on technological innovations, best building practice and competitor activity in order to provide a valuable service to your projects.
A sympathetic approach to cultural diversity is essential, travel is frequent and foreign languages will be advantageous.
You will also work with Leasing & Management Operations, providing a service to existing hotels to improve, develop and enhance design and layouts.
You will be architecturally trained and have development experience ideally within the 4/5* hotel sector. It is likely you are in a similar development role, a Design Manager or at a senior level within a private practice.
