The Specialised Works Division deal with framework agreements with clients such as BT, the BBC, the Metropolitan Police and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
Project sizes vary between £100k and £10m with a dominance within the refurbishment markets and new build schemes.
They currently have a requirement for experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors across the London region. You will be commercially aware and client focused, you will have experience of working within a main contracting environment.
