Due to expansion and company growth my client's currently looking to recruit a number of Quantity Surveyors/ Senior Quantity Surveyors in Central London with strong Quantity Surveying experience as well as a strong background in the Public Sector. My client is broadly split into sectors, i.e. Private and Public sector however you will be given the opportunity to work on a variety of projects dependant on your skills and prior experience.
Requirement:
Quantity Surveying experience
Strong academic skill
Public Sector/ Bsf/ Education/ Healthcare experience
Consultant back ground essential
The Requirements:
This is a new position to work within my clients office's through out the UK, mainly on out projects with in London and Manchester area's on public projects such as Health and Education. This position is more varied than a pure consultancy Cost Manager. The background of projects doesn't have to be Public sector or Consultancy, but a willingness to adapt and be client facing is essential.
Alternatively if you already have experience on larger schemes there are more senior positions available.
