They are part of a £b turnover group, this division has a turnover of approx. £850m per year, achieved through ongoing success in the market sectors of affordable housing, education, health, defence, airports, commercial and interiors, culture and heritage.
The Major Projects Division activities are focused on technically demanding new construction and structural refurbishment schemes through which they have generated a reputation for technical expertise, quality and reliability.
Schemes are traditional, two-stage and PFI arrangements and are mainly design and build. The sectors for this division are health, education, affordable housing and commercial schemes.
They currently have a requirement for experienced Project Managers across the London region. You will be commercially aware and client focused, you will have experience of working within a main contracting environment.
