The group that we represent is an industry leader in the industrial sector. Turnover has in the past 6 years gone from 25m through to 140m (current) with projected turnover of 160-180m for 2007-2008. Despite rapid growth the company has made significant yearly profits. Areas of operations extend beyond industrial to rail and general civil engineering.
The group is seeking to take on a Projects Executive / Director Designate to oversee the construction of a new build industrial unit in excess of 1,000,000 sq. ft. They are an industry leader in this sector and control all production in house and offer complete turnkey D&B solutions in this field. The role is to control all site based activity whilst reporting to board. The board are seeking to mould this individual into a more significant role over a number of years. The plan is to allow this individual the ability to control over time all regional projects and develop this individual into a full board member.
Exceptional salary on offer (circa 80k plus depending on experience etc.) with additional benefits on top. This role would suit technically able Senior PM / Contracts Manager with drive and ambition. Experience within Industrial, Rail and General Civils advantageous.
