M + E Package Manager City Based Central London £ Excellent Package & Benefits
This large mechanical and electrical services contractor requires an M & E Package Manager to be based on a site in London. You will need to have a good background working for main contractors on large scale projects, backed up by a recognised construction qualification. You will also deal with the subcontract works packages and ensure that they are delivered safely, on time as requested and plan Co-ordinate packages to ensure that the final design meets with the construction programme and define the extent of each works package and develop the packages along with method statements, deal with safety requirements for inclusion with tender documents. You will also assist with the development of package tender lists and returned tenders.
