This international Project and Cost Management consultancy are seeing great expansion and with an on going work load. They actively looking to appoint an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, to be based in their London offices for their expanding Rail Division.
As an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, one of the main responsibilities will be to provide technical and commercial support for a post-contract team. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for accurate monitoring, management and reporting on contracts including prompt notification of all variances, forecasts, budget matters, change control and disputes.
To apply for the role as an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor, you should have a background in Quantity Surveying and demonstrate a solid career history within a consultancy and be working towards a recognised professional qualification.
