The firm that we represent are a specialist infrastructure and groundwork's contractor to the commercial sector of industry in the UK. The firm have traded for over 20 years and in this time turnover has grown significantly to 55m per annum.
The group undertake commercial groundwork projects from values of circa 1m through to 10m. Most of the work is London, Home Counties.
Due to current levels of work and the award of a number of prestigious projects the group are seeking to recruit for operations 2 Senior GF's / Construction Managers to be based on projects of values between 4m and 11m. The site locations are Kent and West London. The role will be a no.1 site based foreman with responsibility to drive production, manpower, enagage with client etc.
The company at hand are an industry forerunner. They have repeat work at circa 80% of all contracts. Order book suggests turnover will be at least maintained at current levels till 2010.
