They are part of a £b turnover group, this division has a turnover of approx. £850m per year, achieved through ongoing success in the market sectors of affordable housing, education, health, defence, airports, commercial and interiors, culture and heritage.
The special projects division are currently seeking experienced Design & Build Manager. You will have expertise in heritage work and high-class restoration and structural refurbishment. Higher and further education is another key area of activity with projects including student accommodation for universities and colleges, laboratories, research and teaching facilities.
You will be commercially aware and client focused, you will have experience of working within a main contracting environment.
