The ideal candidate will have on the job experience with a strong Main Contractor back-round in (M+E) , would be a strong team leader, have a great client focus but still have strong hands on approach about cost control. Experience on being able to work to tight time scales and budgets is essential, as well as being to able to put input in on regards to planning and associated risks.
