In this role working with a Housing Association as a Clerk of Works, You will be engaged on major refurbishment and improvement projects to meet the decent home standards targets.
You will have a track record of refurbishment projects in the social housing sector and have come from a trade background ideally.
The ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders is essential.
