This International Consultancy are seeing great expansion and with an on going work load. They are actively looking to appoint an Associate or a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to be based in their London office working within a mixture of health, Science, Sports and Public Service sectors, to work alongside and compliment an existing Quantity Surveying team.
As an Associate / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing a cost consultancy service for a range of clients, ensuring that cost planning, cost management and change control processes are carried out effectively. Assist in the preparation of tender submissions / fee proposals and attend interviews as required. To regularly report to the team Partner and other Associates on project status.
To apply for the role as an Associate / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will have a wealth of post qualification experience within cost management consultancy, sound knowledge in the commercial sector, to demonstrate a strong track record of offering the full range of Quantity Surveying services to clients on tunnelling, civil engineering and rail projects. You will have first class interpersonal skills and a client facing approach.
