This leading Consultancy Practice based in West London is actively looking to recruit a Associate Director for it expanding Employer's Agent division.
You will report directly to the Director of the Division and manage a team of Employer's Agents, who are involved in major new build and refurbishment projects of social housing schemes.
You will need to be client facing, be able to business develop and manage the development of the Employer's Agents. The projects will be from £5 million to £100 million in size. Your background could be from a Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying or Project Manager and be able to demonstrate a solid career history in the social housing field.
They are market leaders in this field and they can offer excellent career development.
