This a major rail engineering project, the redevelopment of buildings within the underground station will create new state-of-the-art offices and retail space which is also one of London's busiest transport interchanges. The remodelled underground station will provide improved access and facilities for rail and underground users. Due to the redevelopment, the station will become more accessible for the 27 million passengers each year. The new station will also support future passenger growth, offer new retail space and feature relocated ticketing facilities.
The Interface Manager will monitor that Network Rail and London Underground are providing all necessary approvals to ensure the project is delivered thisd includes design and method statements within the programme. Maintain regular contact with NR and LUL station teams, Monitor applications for and granting of all possessions needed from NWR and LUL, fire plans and other internal approvals required for each construction phase. Monitor all progress and risks related to NR and LUL Appraise client on a day to day basis of progress
Requirements-
Not less than 5 years Mainline (NR) Railway construction experience with a demonstrable track record of delivery on similar projects
