Operations Manager - new division of Established contracting group - Exceptional Prospects
The group that we represent are a major international contracting force. They recently acquired a national civils contractor in the UK with turnover across 3 divisions in excess of 300m pa. 2 divisions have been absorbed into the parent group and the 3rd has been established as a stand alone going concern.
Within this division, which has turnover in the region of 50-80m pa. the group have had an extensive restructuring process completed. This has led to 2 key players being appointed as full board directors etc. They are seeking to build up the management team. They have access to parent company financing, a proven track record in civils (highways, infrastructure, TFL works, Commercial Civils contracts - contract values from 2m to 25m).
The role of Operations Manager is available. The opportunity is to establish yourself within a division with brave targets for growth. Their is the prospect of a directorship with 2-5 years. The company are seeking a degree qualified civil engineer with a proven track record in management to cover either London and Home Counties.
