Demolition Staff : London Based
The group we represent are currently seeking to assist their continued development by taking on an a number of key operational staff. The company, one of the most financially secure and professional contractors in existence, have for a long time dominated the Demolition sector of large commercial projects in London. The Group are growing their operations base into more traditional civils.
Typical Project values are from 2m to 10m. As firm evolves (turnover has grown from 45-70m in past 4 years) project values and range of works undertaken is also expanding. The group invest annually significant amounts of generated profit back into the company. Key staff benefit in a way that is beyond industry norm.
The firm are seeking to employ the following people;
Project Manager
Capable of running central London blue chip client project at a value of 16m. Temporary works, significant basement dig, basement construction and groundwork's.
Salary £75,000 with up to 25% bonus, all benefits as standard
Project Engineer
To report to PM on either a 16m central London project (as above) controlling full engineering function on site or to work on East London heavy civils and rail project at 12m.
Salary £45,000-£50,000 with up to 15% bonus, all benefits
All Staff
The Group want to attract the best. They are always looking for capable groundworks agents and foremen. They are seeking to recruit a number of engineers to develop into senior engineers also. We work very closely with the firm. If you believe the profile of the company is one that attracts it is always worth discussing the potential of employment with them even if no current roles are advertised that match you skillet (i.e. Temporary Works designers, QS's, Agents, Ops Managers etc.). Salaries and rewards are far higher than what is industry norm.
