Our local authority clients are currently looking for experienced Development Control Engineers to assist in the implementation and supervision of schemes related to new developments through legal agreements. You should be at least HNC qualified and have knowledge of Highway Legislation, Local Government procedures and development control standards and good practice. You also need working knowledge of budgetary controls and of planning applications and planning procedures. These are long term contracts for the right candidates.
