Our clients, are a large rail organisation, who are looking to recruit a Bridges and Structures Senior Assessment Engineer at their offices in Central London. You will be responsible to the Bridges and Structures Team Leader for undertaking Safe Load Capacity assessments as required by the the Underground Civil Contract.
Critical Experience
·Chartered Engineer CEng MICE or MIStructE
·Structural Assessment/Design in rail
·Railway inspection experience
·Pass in the Alliance Bridges and Structures Competence Management System Units 5 and 6 (Inspections) and Unit 5A (Safety Critical Inspections) (On job training given)
·LUL Entry Permit (On job training given)
·Fire Safety Training (On job training given)
Desirable
·LUL railway engineering experience
·Knowledge of LUL Standards and Procedures
·Knowledge of the Civils contract and procedures
·LUL Track Accustomed certification (On job training given, subject to passing medical criteria for sight and hearing)
