£in excess of six figures, up to 30% bonus
The firm that we represent are the fastest growing independent contractor in London and the South East at present. In the past 7 years the Group have evolved at pace. Turnover has grown from 30m to anticipated 200m by close of financial year.
Acting as principal contractor within the commercial and residential sectors the company stand out as they control as much of production as they can in house (they carries out all civils elements of projects undertaken directly, they sub out only specialist works controlling the rest of production directly).
Due to continued success, the overall size and complexity of projects worked on changing also and general demands from clients etc. the group are seeking to take on a Group Director to manage a portfolio of Key Client relationships.
