An experienced Clerk of Works is required for a London based project. The term will be for a minimum of 12 months working for a prestigious client with offices around the well.
Working on-site you will be responsible for managing M&E maintenance and constructions and policing installations. You will also have responsible for overseeing tenant agreements and arranging servicing on behalf of the client.
The size of the property is 240,000 square feet.
Rates of pay between £30 and £35 per hour.
