Our client is a leading multi-disciplined engineering consultancy, who is seeking to expand their Bridge Engineering department. Based from their Midlands office, this global firm also has a presence in over 70 countries worldwide. With a reputable name in Engineering Consulting. They require Bridge Engineers across all levels of seniority to be part of this truly multinational consultancy team working on establishing and building innovative solutions.
Working within a close-knit team, which has a horizontal structure allowing flexibility of approach, you will also be expected to occasionally work from offices within the UK as well as continental Europe.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to move to one of the most prestigious engineering consultancies, where innovation and thinking out of the box is truly encouraged.
You will be taking an interdisciplinary approach, which entails identifying and evaluating bridge design concepts, submitting designs to commissioning detailed design of AIP to construction. Our client is currently involved within a number of interesting projects.
Requirements:
To be eligible to apply for this position you should:
·Be flexible to work within various offices within the UK
·Have an extensive experience of Bridge Engineering or equivalent
·Be highly motivated and be able to work as part of a team
·Have an experience of the design of steel composite bridges to DMRB
·Be degree qualified preferably have or working towards your post graduate or equivalent
·Be Chartered or in the process of obtaining Chartership or equivalent
