Project Manager's Lincolnshire To £50,000 Plus exceptional subsistence allowance
About the company: My client is a privately owned group of Businesses which were found over 80 years ago. The group has expanded to become a well established organisation with a leading reputation in Construction, Civil Engineering, distribution, property development and facilities management. Group turnover is in excess of £130 million, the company employs of 700 people with operations stretching throughout the UK. Due to the continued success and healthy looking order book they are looking to recruit experienced Project Managers.
About the roles: You will be responsible for the smooth running of one of their projects throughout the UK and these can range from £10million to £30million. These projects can vary from Water & Sewage, Infrastructure, Power, Roads, Bridges, and Rail. Reporting to the Contracts Manager they require people who can control and manage the on site construction activities achieving financial objectives and targets established at site level. Although my client works throughout the UK a large amount of their work is in the North of England and Midlands and successful candidates would be located as close to home as possible.

About the requirements: Ideally you will have a civil engineering background but this is not always essential. More important is a solid and proven track record within the industry. A level of loyalty to previous employers will also be looked upon favourably. You must be willing to work away from home during periods, however the company will try and accommodate accordingly to peoples locations.
