Small Lincolnshire Local Authority require a HVAC Design Engineer to assist with a large peak in work.
Offering technical support to the Building Services team, you will be required to design a number of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems for Schools, Public Buildings and Sports Facilities.
Working with computer packages such as AutoCAD and HevaComp, you will required to 'hit the ground running' and be reasonably self sufficient. The team in place will offer an ideal support network to assist with your introduction into the department. Although the majority of work is planned there is a reactive responsibility to faults and problems that could occur during the working day.
A client facing attitude and a high level of technical competence is a must as the role will involve regular interaction with an important client base. It is also expected that you will be adequately qualified mechanically, with an ONC/HNC desirable.
